I start each session assessing how your horse moves. We can look at your horse with and without a rider if there is specific issue we need to problem solve.

I use a variety of manual therapy techniques to help optimize how your horse moves. Joint mobilizations, fascial work, massage, stretching, and other osteopathic techniques will be used. It depends on what your horse needs.

I use the Sleip App to analyze your horse’s gait. This lets you monitor how your horse is moving and track changes over time. We can collect data with and without a rider if the situation warrants.

The fit of your bridle, bit and saddle is one of the most important elements in allowing your horse to perform well. This session focuses on tack fit assessment, and problem-solving ways to improve your tack fit and determine what you and your horse needs.

Based on your horse’s restrictions and weaknesses, I’ll recommend exercises and a follow-up plan. We’ll work together to determine what type of exercise fits into your training program and how best to get your horse feeling and performing well.
